Simply Sweet Cakery

My name is Amanda Owen - cake artist of Simply Sweet Cakery. My passion is creating unique pieces of art to make your special occasion as sweet as it can possibly be!
I am from St. Louis, Missouri, where I live with my husband, Drew, and our two little furry babies, Scotch and Whiskey. And I can assure you that all three of them get just as excited for cake as I do!
My mother was a wedding cake designer and ever since I was a little girl, I was mommy's little helper. That love for cake decorating was passed on to me and I am now following in my mother's footsteps.
I am a legal receptionist by day...cake decorator by night! My weekends are filled with sifting, blending, baking and of course, taste testing. I hope you enjoy following me on my cake adventures as I create simply sweet and unique pieces of art.
